Sidekick's Creation's
As many of you know Sidekick is Cindy's better half.
You probably see him a lot on her Instagram stories or knee deep in a project when you pull into the property! He always around to offer a friendly smile and help move the heavy stuff!
What a lot of you probably do not know is since moving to Mono he has found a love for wood working!
Every holiday he comes up with great new designs that we love to sell in The Shoppe!
This fall he has made Jack O'lanterns out of 100 year old barn wood, each with their own silly face! He has also made pumpkins, bats & ghosts.
Sidekick's Creation's are all one of a kind, unique pieces that make a perfect gift or an extra homey touch!

An easy drive from the city will bring you here to The Shoppe in beautiful, Mono! We source items from all over Ontario, the States & Europe!
The Shoppe is a small antique and home decor store located on our country property. Through the entrance you walk into a beautifully curated and thoughtfully styled space. We really want the items to speak for themselves so they are displayed in a way that you can envision them in your space. Our cute little upstairs attic is for the folks who love to hunt for the find! We are sure you wont leave here empty handed!
For lunch we recommend Pia's On Broadway or Bluebird Cafe and Grill! Both restaurant's are located on Broadway which is the main downtown street of Orangeville.
Ps. you need to make reservation's ahead of time!
Pia's is a small lunch spot in Orangeville, they feature the freshest, local and seasonal ingredients! Cindy's favourite is The Steak Sandwich and Sidekicks go to is the Mennonite Salami!
The Bluebird Cafe and Grill is a staple in the Dufferin county dinning scene! The menu includes Italian specialties and wood oven pizza's. Cindy loves the lasagna and Sidekick indulge's in pasta or pizza!
Finally stop into Blumen on Broadway and Past Glories of Toad Hollow!
Blumen is a quaint store on Broadway but is filled with great treasures. Past Glories of Toad Hollow is located in Orangeville in what use to be a greenhouse and offers a variety of vintage and antique items!
